New Indian Currency Banned in Nepal

Newly released Indian currency 2000 and 500 has been banned in Nepal. On the sudden withdrawal of 1000 and 500 rupee notes Nepal citizens faced lots of issues in exchanging old currency. 

Due to this issue Nepal government banned the new currency notes. Ban will remain till the Indian government introduce new facilities for the currency exchange.  Now new notes were seen in some parts of Nepal after the ban.
